At Beach Bum Beards, everything is handcrafted in small batches. Making products this way means every order is fresh, and it also means we need a little time to get it out the door.

If anything holds up your order, we will notify you and make it right.

  • Domestic orders ship via USPS or UPS, depending on package size and destination.
  • International orders, including Canada, ship via DHL.
  • Free shipping in the United States on all orders over $65.
  • Free shipping to Canada on all orders over $100 USD.
  • Orders are processed and shipped within 2 to 4 business days of purchase.
  • Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5 to 7 business days, depending on the carrier and your location.
  • Please allow extra time during holidays and promotional sales events due to higher order volumes.
  • We ship internationally, including to Canada. For Canadian orders under $100 and all other international destinations, shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout based on current carrier rates.
  • Beach Bum Beards is not responsible for any taxes, duties, import fees, or additional shipping fees charged by your local postal service or customs. These are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Beach Bum Beards is not responsible for orders delayed or misdirected due to an inaccurate shipping address provided at checkout. Please double check your address before submitting your order.
  • Sales tax is based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location the order is being shipped to.
  • Delivery times above are estimates, not guarantees. If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time of the estimate, please reach out and we will help track it down or make it right.

FAQ

Where is my order?

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. It can take up to 24 hours for a tracking number to update on the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, or DHL).

What if my order arrives damaged?
