A while back a friend asked me why I actually use beard oil. I gave him the same answer I'd heard barbers give for years, "it keeps your beard nice", and realized afterward I hadn't actually answered him at all. What's actually in beard oil

Every beard oil comes down to two things: a carrier oil and a fragrance. The carrier oil does the actual conditioning work, and the fragrance is what makes it something you look forward to using.

The carrier oil

The fragrance

Instead, we use IFRA-compliant fragrance oils, built specifically for extended leave-on skin contact and tested to a standard raw essential oils simply aren't.
